About

Who publishes the Torus platform.

A Luxembourg company, a single product, and one principle: whatever the AI proposes, a human validates.

The company

Torus S.à r.l. is a company incorporated under Luxembourg law, based in Bettembourg and registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B251744.

It publishes and operates the platform. It has no other activity and belongs to no group.

The person behind the product

Jean-Charles Pons runs Torus. He is the author of the book published by Éditions ENI on ISO/IEC 27005, devoted to information security risk management.

That method, rather than improvisation by an AI, is what structures the risk analysis module.

Why Torus exists

Two simple observations. Teams already use public AI tools with internal documents, without a framework or a record. And the regulatory load — NIS2, DORA, GDPR, client audits — grows faster than headcount.

Torus answers both: an AI that works on your documents inside an instance of your own, and a risk analysis that goes all the way to the expected deliverables.

What we do not do

We do not promise automatic compliance, we submit nothing to a regulator on your behalf and we do not reuse your data.

When a limit exists, it is written down: the Security & data page and the FAQ state them rather than leaving them to be discovered.
